There’s always a smile on her lips She’s careful that it never slips To reveal what’s behind the mask With a laugh for anyone who asks Who she is away from the crowd It’s a question that is not allowed If you want to keep her affection You have to accept a reflection Of the woman you want to know Always dancing with her shadow Because pulling her into the light Makes her disappear into the night Might as well enjoy the evening Until the moment she’s leaving
