Emptiness is potential It is the vacant void That waits hungry For something The problem being Is that it is ready To accept anything In the filling That comes From without Unable to tip It’s hand to fill Itself up without Relying on others Vision for what Could be in that space If they decided to Fill it with kindness Or regret or anger Or to leave it without Still hungering Until desperate For anything
