Wind them up watch them titter All the clockwork soldiers Marching in their rows Left right left right Salute Then they all fall down No sense in crying over broken toys When mom and dad will produce more Wind them up and send them off Marching along to war again All the good little soldiers Toys in the hands of careless children Pretending to be heroes Behind TV screens
