For seven days and seven nights I was bound as a slave Chained by your arms While you created my world In your image From shapeless clay You hardened my form Under your artful hand Attending to the most intimate Of details In the bushes of your garden Eden opened for me You took your piece Of me inside of you Making new life As we feasted on the knowledge That we had gained there I could feel paradise closing Expelling me in my sin To a world without your warmth Wandering the earth alone Still thinking of the delights We shared in that sacred place Where I whispered oh yes god And came forth reborn
